How and who do you complain to:

Post by Admin on Thu Jun 12, 2008 2:39 am

If you are going to complain about the way you have been treated, or the way the CSA is dealing with your case, then either send a recorded letter (as you will have proof it's been recieved) or file one via e-mail (e-mail often seems to be the quickest way to get a response, and you will also get an instant confimation that they have recieved you e-mail when you send it off to them).

Links to the different offices that has their address, their phone numbers and also e-mail link:

Belfast - Eastern England

Birkenhead - North West England

Dudley - The Midlands

Falkirk - Scotland and North East England

Hastings - South East England

Plymouth - South West England

"Make a complaint" online form

I have also been informed that 01925 434573 is the direct number to the Bolton Complaints Department, cannot vouch for it personally as I've never tried to call it... but might be worth a go if someone has a problem with the CSA in Bolton.

If you get no-where with your complaint, or it's taking too long, then an idea would be to contact your MP... please see the List of all MPs - why only contact one? thread.

Also, if you have complained, and it was not treated to your satisfaction, then you might want to contact ICE.

Best of luck!
