			<description>I am sure there are places that explain the overnight reduction in child maintenance, but I haven't read it, nor have any plans to seek it out, as clearly it is unfair and wrong!



If a PWC has a child for 4 days (meaning 4 x 24 hours) a week and the NRP has the child for 3 days a week, then why would the NRP only get a 3/7th take off their child maintenance to pay?  



If all was just and fair the NRP should only be paying 1/7th of the child maintenance assesment... as there would only  ...</description>

Personally I look at it with great horror that the CSA will have these powers... I have personally seen some of the mistakes the CSA makes... what happens if they wrongfully access someones account, take away their driving license or passport?  Or even worse...  take charge of a house and it all turned out to be a clerical error due to CSA maladministration? </description>
