If a PWC has a child for 4 days (meaning 4 x 24 hours) a week and the NRP has the child for 3 days a week, then why would the NRP only get a 3/7th take off their child maintenance to pay? If all was just and fair the NRP should only be paying 1/7th of the child maintenance assesment... as there would only ... This is from a different country, and how they work out what child support should be paid to the PWC. My knowledge of the language isn't perfect... but I've done it to the best of my ability... Now it seems that people aren't even getting the 2 years (which for so many is already impossible), but it has been shortened down to 18 months.
